Ayurinno Legacy Pvt. Ltd. is a bio-based and biotechnological manufacturer start-up company stand for advancement/formulation and design of new product entirely from natural ingredients to make “all-natural” claims on their levels.
The start-up is incubated by the FTBI NIT Rourkela, that focuses on the development of handmade herbal soaps made from traditional knowledge of natural ingredients. In particular, the soaps are beauty/personal c are products target all kinds of skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, vulgaris and ichthyosis. It increases the elasticity, nourishes the skin and enhances its shine. They are known to help exfoliate, manage oily skin and unclog clogged pores, all of which can promote skin that looks fresher, younger, and smoother. The moisture barrier and the solid appearance of the skin are often repaired, reducing aging marks, scratching and crow’s feet.
The another product of the start-up is herbal pain relief oil, which uses the finest natural ingredients and plant extracts based on genuine Ayurvedic methodology. The used herbs are generally overlooked, but are essential for its beneficial properties. The oil can be made available for topical formulation (in the trial stage) for the treatment of diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, joint pain, and osteoarthritis. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, helps to lubricate joints and stimulates circulation.
The start-up has also started the preparation of bio-refinery or bio-ethanol from fresh and dry Mahua or Mahuwa flowers available from locality of Sundargarh district of Odisha, India. Mahua tree has the scope for economic growth and developments in livelihood status, and the per capita income the country.
Recently, the start-up has started the preparation of Software based on Adaptation of Sustainability for Restoration of Environment

- The construction/Planning industry involves risky and unhealthy operations which result in many environmental issues/tragedies, discourage nature, disrupt peace, and adversely affect human mind, health and productivity.
- We are associates with environmentalists, architects, construction companies, educationalists, and academic institutions. We have planned to develop software/apps and work on them considering the above fact and factors.
- The developed/proposed software is necessary to protect environment and prevent environmental pollution as a result of rapid construction and unplanned urbanisation and promotes for development of rigorous environmental legislation, especially at local government level.
The start-up is founded by Ms. Urmimala Das, Founder and CEO and she has experienced as societal research fellow (SoRF) in the Department of Biotechnology and Medical Engg. NIT Rourkela, supported by the Women Scientist-B Scheme of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
